Dominican Republic ZOE Discovery Trip
October 19-26, 2026
ZOE Network is partnering with Every Day Ministries Canada and Sharon Thomas in the Dominican Republic to facilitate the first-ever international pilot of the ZOE Life Course.
This trip marks an important step in expanding ZOE’s leadership development work globally—testing, contextualizing, and equipping leaders to use the ZOE Life Course in a cross-cultural setting.
About the ZOE Life Course
The ZOE Life Course is a global, simplified version of the ZOE Identity Course. It has been intentionally designed for multiple cultural contexts and delivered in a low-cost, low-tech format, making it accessible and reproducible around the world.
The course is built to support leaders who want to move beyond passive participation and cultivate active, everyday disciple-makers—women who:
Know who they are in Christ
Understand their God-given gifts
Step confidently into God’s work in their communities
Our Local Partnership
Every Day Ministries Canada is a resource ministry that partners with the national evangelical church of the Dominican Republic to empower, develop, and mentor spiritual leaders, communities, and families to thrive in their God-given calling.
Through this partnership, the ZOE Life Course will be introduced and contextualized alongside trusted national leaders already investing deeply in local churches and women leaders.
What the Team Will Do
Team members will work alongside local leaders to facilitate:
A ZOE Life Course for participants, and
A Facilitator Training Course
The goal is not simply to run a course, but to equip female leaders and pastoras to multiply leaders and disciple-makers within their own churches and communities.
This is a training and multiplication focused trip—not a program-dependent model.
Who We’re Looking For
This Discovery Trip is designed for experienced leaders. Ideal team members will:
Be very familiar with the ZOE Identity Course
Have previous experience facilitating participant groups
Be confident public speakers
Know how to facilitate meaningful conversations cross-culturally
Be comfortable speaking through a translator
Have strong small-group facilitation skills
This trip is best suited for those who enjoy teaching, discussion, mentoring, and adaptability in cross-cultural settings.
