Kathy Bowler – Malawi
Kathy, with her husband Steve have lived and worked in Malawi for the past 18 years and they are a powerhouse team.
Kathy is the Director of Children of Blessing Trust (COBT), a Christian ministry to children and youth with disabilities. Kathy is a physiotherapist and occupational therapist and through COBT she runs a Children's Rehabilitation Centre in the capital city of Lilongwe, seven Outreach Clinics into the rural communities surrounding Lilongwe, an Integrated Preschool, and Special Education program. COBT has an active caseload of over 750 clients and sees approximately 100 children and youth a day at the various programs offered.
Our purpose is to show them the love of Jesus and help them understand that God loves them and they are precious.
